An adult man was killed after his motorcycle collided with a truck on North Gallaher View Road.  

At around 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, officers responded to a crash on North Gallaher View Road near Walker Springs Road. The preliminary investigation showed a motorcycle was traveling south when a truck attempted to make a left turn out of an apartment complex onto North Gallaher View Road.  

The motorcycle and truck collided in the southbound lanes. The motorcycle driver then struck another vehicle head on.  

The motorcycle driver was transported to UT Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. 

No other injuries were reported. KPD crash reconstruction investigators responded to the scene and are continuing to investigate.
